No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase. This includes situations where the fragrance is not to your personal preference.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photo evidence to confirm the issue.
Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and product type.
Hygiene and Safety Restrictions
Used or opened items, including candles that have been burned or wax melts that have been heated, cannot be returned.
Products with broken seals or packaging that has already been opened are also not eligible for return unless the issue was present upon delivery.
When Return Shipping Is Required
If a return is required as part of a verified damage or defect claim, we will provide instructions.
Return shipping costs may be covered by Mone-Care if the issue is our responsibility.
If the return is requested without a valid reason under this policy, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
